We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase of a coin pack or cosmetic bundle in Dream Draft XI, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email, or
• Contact us at luggage.2tilde@icloud.com and we'll help you with your request.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

What Happens After a Refund

When a purchase is refunded, the coins or cosmetic items from that purchase may be removed from your account. If the coins have already been spent, we may deduct the equivalent value from your balance.
