1. Who We Are

Dream Draft XI (dreamdraftxi.com) is operated by Jasper Van Hyfte ("we", "us", the "Seller"). When you use the game or make a purchase, you are contracting with Jasper Van Hyfte.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dream Draft XI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. If you use the game on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to accept these terms (or have a parent/guardian's consent).

3. The Game

Dream Draft XI is a football team drafting game with optional paid virtual items (coin packs and cosmetic bundles). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the game (or any feature) at any time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must not share your credentials or use another person's account.

5. Payments, Coins & Virtual Items

Coins and virtual items in Dream Draft XI have no real-world value, are licensed to you (not sold), and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the game. We may adjust coin balances, pricing, or item availability at any time.

Purchases of coin packs and bundles are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Please also see our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the game, including:

• Using the game for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or spam-related
• Using offensive, abusive, hateful, or inappropriate names or content
• Infringing intellectual property rights of others
• Interfering with the security or operation of the game (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering)
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities, or using bots, scripts, or automation
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data, or reselling/redistributing any part of the game

7. Intellectual Property

All game content — design, code, graphics, and text — is owned by Jasper Van Hyfte / Dream Draft XI. Player names and likenesses are referenced for entertainment purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the game at any time for: material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback abuse, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules. Upon termination, your license to use the game ends and your data may be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Warranties & Liability

Dream Draft XI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of data, virtual items, or profits). Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country.
